WHO WE ARE
We Care, founded in 1991, is a compassionate, community-driven nonprofit organization committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of children with cancer. Built on the belief that no family should face this journey alone, We Care offers vital support through fundraising, awareness events, and hands-on outreach. We are a team of volunteers, advocates, and everyday people united by one mission: to bring hope, comfort, and resources to families during their most challenging times. At our core, We Care is about love, support, and standing strong for the kids who need us most.
WHAT WE DO
Through financial assistance, emotional support, and community-driven events, We Care helps ease the burden of treatment and brings moments of joy to kids facing the toughest fight of their lives. Whether it’s covering travel expenses to hospitals, providing gas cards, care packages, and helpful resources, or offering scholarships to college and sponsoring children to attend camps, We Care stands beside these families every step of the way. When the families are able, we also host monthly get-togethers to bring kids and families together for connection, laughter, and support.
